LaserNeeds highly advanced fiber-optic lasers cut precision blanks up to 1/4″ in thickness. Our customers receive a finished part that requires no edge grinding or clean up. Our team members take pride in their ability to turn around a customer’s order in minimal time while supplying the correct quantity of parts that are fully inspected and presented to specifications to help minimize time and effort to the next operation.

We have six Bystronic fiber lasers with the capability to cut 5×10 sheets of Carbon Steel, Aluminum, or Stainless. We specialize in carbon steel thickness of 1/4” and below, and 3/16” or less on Aluminum and Stainless.

Our two Powder Coat Paint lines offer the ability to supply a completely finished product in sizes XXX and below.
